We provide a personal development & wellbeing coaching program for cadet pilots that runs along side their initial training ensuring they are the best version of themselves by the time they are interviewed by an airline and significantly increase their chances of being hired by an airline. We also provide assessment day/interview preparation workshops on a one to one basis and independent pilot assessments. Independent Pilot Assessment
Are you suitable to become a pilot? Before you spend money on your pilot training, it is wise to take an independent assessment to make sure you will know whether it makes sense to invest significant funds in becoming a pilot. 50% of cadets are found unsuitable in a leading airline.
Cadet Coaching Program
